Peppery Pan Fried Fish Fillet

The last recipe I posted was well liked by family and friends.
This one is a slight variation, very quick as well.
I use the sutchi fish fillets for this but you can use any soft textured fillets. Using freshly cracked black pepper makes a lot of difference.
Using bread crumbs makes the outside crispy. If you wish to grill this, then don't put bread crumbs.

Ingredients

Fish Fillets, thawed 2
Cracked Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic Salt/ Salt 2-3 pinches
Mustard Pd 1/4 tsp
Bread Crumbs 1/4 cup
Lemon Juice 1 tblsp
Oil 2-3 tsp

Thaw and wash the fish.
Pour lemon juice, over it and refridgerate for 1/2 hr.
Mix the salt, pepper and mustard pd.
After 1/2 hr, wash the fish. Dry.
Apply the pepper and mustard salt to it.
Cover with bread crumbs on both sides.
Pan fry with a little oil.
Serve with mayo.

Ok, Kriti, ur getting acronymical..What IS PA..am sending this link to someone in San Francisco who wont know :)..she has a commercial kitchen and help with which she caters Mal food..she ate those frozen kebabs(she wants the recipe!) and were amazed at how soft n flavourful they were..she told me to pass this on to u: starting out might not be easy, but never give up. Oh, and also..u might get help, but always, ALWAYS, u should be the ONLY one to throw in the spices...
