Celebrated Holi with good friends on Sunday.Loads of colour, water balloons and of course food.

I do workshops for PA and the Health Promotion Board. Last year I developed recipes for the HPB recipe book ,Healthier Eating in Childcare Centres, which was published in March 2009.
